In this podcast episode, we're diving into the idea that it's way better to focus on and seek being useful or valuable, rather than just trying to be popular or liked. I talk about how making a real impact on others' lives has a better and more lasting effect than fleeting popularity based on looks or trends. This is especially true in today's social media world where getting likes and follows seems to be the priority of the day. In this episode, I share stories about the satisfaction that comes from always growing and learning in order to stay relevant and to ensure that you are always bringing something to the table whenever the opportunity presents itself. I invite you to listen in as I try to break down why focusing on being useful not only makes you feel more fulfilled but also leaves a lasting mark on the world, contributing to positive change. It's a reminder to see why, in the big picture, being useful matters way more than just trying to be liked.

In this episode, we unravel analysis-paralysis, a productivity killer. Overthinking, fear, lack of information, confidence issues, and self-judgment are often the root of this problem. Thankfully strategies for managing each exist: be goal-focused, face fears with courage, gather essential information, boost confidence with positive self-talk, time your decision-making process and replace self-criticism with a growth mindset. This may be the one thing holding you back. Thanks for listening.

Do you know that no matter your stage or situation in life at this moment, you can move to a new level of success, fulfillment and purpose? You have so much in you, it could actually take a life time to discover it all. I am on that journey too and it has been an exciting one so far. I started this podcast to share the things I am learning about unlocking our potential so that we can be who we really want to be, do all the things we want to do, and have all the things we want to have.
